on the brand label, the italian text reads:
wine made from grapes of the "hellenic vitis" today aglianico, matured for 4 years, including 30 months in 20% barriques, and 80% barrels of allier french oak medium toasted.
it should be served at a temperature of 18/20 in large wine glass, to be uncorked at least an hour before. perfect to accompany roasts, game and hard cheeses and chocolate. on the nose with hints of vanilla, leather, hints of cherry, black cherry and plum jam.
the taste is decided, soft and enveloping, confirming full olfactory sensations.
