fue casi en el siglo pasado cuando mi padre d. primitivo gurpegui muro se lanzo como pionero en la elaboracion de rosado por el hoy denominado tradicional metodo del sangrado fruto de ello sus propios colegas le impusieron el sobrenombre de el rey del rosado. continuadores de esta tradicion mi familia ha seguido elaborando y mejorando con las tecnicas mas modernas este vino joven. fresco y afrutado. como exponente del buen hacer navaro no podia llevar otro nombre que el de la montana mas emblematica del reino. monte ory.
it was almost in the last century when my father d. primitive gurpegui pioneered the elaboration of pink wine. his colleagues imposed the nick name the king of the pink wine. my family has continued this tradition of elaborating and improving with the modern techniques to maintain the young, fresh and fruity flavors.
