this sparkling wine was made from baga which was open-fermented in small vats. this wine was then aged for a minium of 24 months puting it in the category of "super reserva". this aging creates a well-balanced and integrated wine without the addition of a sweatened dossage, "bruto natural". 10416 bottles were produced.
