this is a red beaujolais wine. translation of french text on front/brand label : this appellation wine was naturally fermented using the yeasts that were present on the skin of the grapes. it was lightly filtered using silica sand. a light deposit could form in the bottle. it contains very little sulfites and therefore should be kept cool and consumed quickly after opening.
