notre rôle en tant que vigneron est d"accompagner cette matière première, sans la détériorer par des intrants chimiques, pour que s"exprime la complexité de nos sols.
cela donne à ce vin une originalité que l"industrie ne pourra jamais reproduire.

in the best elements which characterize a wine, the expression of the land symbolizes what is more lasting there and less subjected to human will. the diversity of our soil and the relationship between the grapevine with its environment (microclimate) give to our grapes such degree of complexity as it is impossible to copy it in an artificial way.
our role as winegrower is to accompany this raw material, without damaging it by chemical inputs, so that the complicacy of our soil expresses itself.
