vineyard - the grapes were mainly harvested from a small vineyard called 'vigna vecci' which is about 1 ha. cordone trailing system. 100% sangiovese. the grapes were hand-selected and transported in small baskets which hold 15kg. the fermentation was temperature controlled. the wine was aged 65% in tonneaux and 35% in barriques from allier in france and for about 14 months. the wine was released after 6 month in bottle
