our family has cultivated vines for 3 generations, and the production of "vino nobile di montepulciano" has always been our passion. made from the sangiovese of mammolo, it is aged in medium-sized slovenian oak barrels for 2 years, then aged 6 months further in bottle.
this is a long-ageing wine, which can be kept 10 or 15 years, while remaining intact, indeed even improved, thanks to its structure.
the wine is not filtered, so a deposit may form testifying to the natural process of maturation in bottle.14.0 %
