aged and bottled according to these traditional methods, it presents, or will present in the course of its evolution a natural and noble sediment. this is a sumbol of the life of the wine in the bottle. to wish to inhibit the formation of this sediment through filtration or other methods is to remove the life from the wine and a great part of its intrinsic qualities.
store the bottles at a constant temperature of 12 to 15 degrees celcius and at a relative humidity of 80 to 85% minimum. if these conditions are not adhered to the quality of the wine may be endangered or altered.
