il mandrione d' ottenuto da uve sangiovese in purezza da vigneti situati alle pendici delle colline della maremma toscana prospicienti il mare tirreno. i terreni, di natura argillo-sabbioso e di buon scheletro, risultano molto indicati per l'ottenimento di vini rossi di grande struttura ed eleganza. la gestione delle vigne e' condotta nel massimo rispetto dell'ambiente ed allo scopo di ottenere bassissime rese di uva per pianta.
il mandrione is created from pure sangiovese from vineyards situated at the feet of the hills of the tuscan maremma facing the tyrrhenian sea. the terrain, by nature argillious and rocky and well structured, is well suited for obtaining red wines of grand structure and elegance. the care of the vines is conducted with the maximum respect for the environment and with the goal of obtaining very low yields of grapes per plant.
