front2/other. name: cierzo 2005. reserve from santo tomas valley. variety: expression of cabernet sauvignon. location: planks 3, 4 and 7 south. wine tech: 18 months in french oak barrel. color: deep red cherry. aroma: peppers with notes of caramel and toast. taste: balanced with good mouth, complex and long finish. texture: silky. tasting harmony. typical plate: black mole from oaxaca, manchego cheese. regular plate: filet, raw meats and lentil soup. elegant plate: meat with pepper, dark chocolate.
back. cierzo reserve 2005. and like painted in soil i spill on the vine to melt in the wind, i break out from a grape that dreams it's unrivaled strenght.
