vinification: ripeley reflect to extract and preserve the maximum of aromas and flavors: maceration preferabley done for 36 to 48 hours in cold,fermentation conducted in low temperaturs.
degustation: the very flattering nez and the ample mouth dominated by floavors of red fruit (raspberry and cherry).
accords mets/vin: wine early produce to accompany perfectly the delicatessens, white or other meat entries.
preferabley consume this between 9 and 12 degrees celcius.
